Garden of the Gods motorcycle Engagement Session in Colorado Springs, Co | Shannon and Robert
When Shannon and Robert told me they wanted their engagement session at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, Colorado, it was for one epic reason: motorcycles. Of course, the views don’t hurt either, Garden of the Gods is known for its towering red rock formations, sweeping views of Pikes Peak, and golden light that just begs to be photographed. About an hour and a half south of Denver, it’s one of my favorite Colorado locations for hiking, elopements, and (you guessed it) engagement photos.
But the real star of this session? These two and their bikes.
A Motorcycle Engagement Session in Colorado Springs
One of my favorite things about Shannon and Robert, aside from having known Shannon since college, is how they embrace what they love, together. Riding motorcycles has become a shared hobby for them, and it was a no-brainer to incorporate that into their engagement shoot. While I may not know much about motorcycles myself, watching them ride, laugh, and sync up during this session made it clear how much this passion strengthens their relationship.
I always encourage couples to bring something unique to their session, whether it’s a four-legged friend, a picnic setup, or something that tells your story. A motorcycle duo rolling through Garden of the Gods? Hard to beat.
